Because fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is accepted, we may not always be able to accommodate cancellation requests after confirmation.

Title to the products and risk of loss transfer to you when the products are handed over to the applicable shipping carrier.

However, purchases and financial transactions made through Minyunelora are transactions directly between you and Minyunelora.
Shopify is not responsible for the products you purchase from us or for claims arising from transactions completed with Minyunelora.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Minyunelora, Shopify, and our respective partners from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable local or international laws.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by an applicable authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be separated from these Terms to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 19 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally for a period of 30 days by contacting us at support@Minyunelora.com.
Any subsequent formal legal proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis rather than as part of a class-action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
SECTION 20 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT & WAIVER
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it at a later time.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Minyunelora concerning the use of the Services and replace prior communications, understandings, or proposals relating to the same subject matter.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written approval.
Minyunelora may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another party without providing prior notice.
